We
retail a range of hand held bidets, also known as a shattaf, bidet spray,
or lever shower, that are designed and manufactured in Italy. They are
an ideal combination of style and functionality. To satisfy the increasing
demand for choice we now offer seven models: the ANTEA, the ASIA, the
FIOTTO, the ULTRA, the OASIS, the CLASSIC, and the LUXUS; complimented
by a choice of finishes.
The Antea, Asia, Fiotto are constructed
in ABS plastic and offer a very cost effective solution. The
Asia is slightly larger and has a moulded, curved
grip and has a wider water spray whereas the Antea and Fiotto have a more
direct spray. In all the flow of water is contolled by a lever. There
are various finishes to choose from. All
models are supplied with a plastic 1.2 metre shower hose:
wall support bracket
and fixings in complimentary finishes.
The
Ultra is a new development and is aimed primarily at replacing
the ubiquitous toilet brush. A more sophisticated design and a rose with
3 holes ensures an impressive targeted jet. It can however also serve
the dual purpose as a lever shower due to the sensitivity and control
of the lever mechanism. Made from ABS plastic.
The Oasis is constructed in chrome plated brass and is supplied
with a plastic chrome effect hose and wall bracket.
The
Luxus models are beautifully designed and again are constructed
in chrome plated brass and are available either with a smooth or
a grooved body. Again the flow of water is controlled by a lever. The
hose is chrome plated brass and is 1.2 metres long.
The Classic again is in chrome plated brass but has a white
body.
A
hand held bidet can soon become an indispensible enhancement for any toilet
or bathroom that takes up no extra room and becomes an integral part of
daily hygiene. It's effectiveness in conveniently and pleasantly cleansing
is beyond doubt. Easy to use; stylish and discreet. It can assist greatly
in religious ablutions such as Istinja.
Other
uses for shut-off lever showers. In essence a hand held bidet is a
shut-off lever shower. The lever is depressed and the water flows through
the aerator. When the lever is released the water stops flowing. When
the lever is twisted up a continual flow of water is achieved. Therefore
our products can assist in any situation where greater water control and
water efficiency is required when rinsing, washing or showering.

We
offer a
selection of 12. Each is supplied with 1.2 metre hose and wall bracket
but no plumbing accessories. The
hand held bidets can be screwed onto an existing shower mixer or plumbed
into appropriate water pipework. We offer a selection of accessories
that may aid the installation such as the wall support valve with automatic
water cut-off, an angle valve with water control and a
self cut kit .
